What we use personal data for

We process contact details to respond to business enquiries and schedule discovery calls.

Lawful basis: legitimate interest in operating the business and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

Discovery call bookings use Google Calendar appointment scheduling. The calendar embed loads only after you click Load Google Calendar (or open the full Google booking page). Google sends the calendar invite and confirmation email.

Workshop and training applications use Google Forms or a Google Apps Script form. Those pages are hosted by Google. We receive the answers you submit so we can process the application.

The Ask BCAI chat is an embedded assistant hosted on Google Cloud in europe-west1 (Belgium). The chat iframe loads only after you click Continue on the in-widget notice. Chat messages are processed to generate replies. Do not submit sensitive personal data in chat.

We do not sell personal data.

Processors

Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor for Google Calendar, Google Forms / Apps Script, and the Ask BCAI service. Google LLC (United States) acts as a sub-processor in Google’s chain.

International transfers

Ask BCAI is hosted in the EEA (europe-west1). Google Calendar, Forms, and related Google services may still involve Google LLC in the United States, including for support and service operations.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where Google is certified, and on Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses as their documented fallback. We do not claim that all processing stays in the EU.

Cookies and similar storage

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. This site does not load Google Analytics.

Fonts and icons are served from this site. We do not load Google Fonts or a third-party icon CDN.

We store two first-party flags in your browser so we do not re-show notices: one so the chat suggestion stays dismissed for the session, and one so we remember that you clicked Continue on the Ask BCAI cloud notice. Those flags are not used to track you across other sites.

Google may set its own cookies after you choose to load Google Calendar or Ask BCAI. If you do not click those controls, those Google cookies are not set by this site.

How long we keep data

Enquiry and scheduling details are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or a legal obligation. Chat messages are processed to generate a reply; do not treat the widget as a records system.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and to correct or erase it. You may also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive data you provided in a portable form where that right applies.
